PayPay, a FinTech company, is seeking a Data Analyst within the Product Division. You will leverage data from millions of users and merchants to inform product decisions, build dashboards, and drive engagement and revenue.

You will collaborate with product managers and executives to design KPIs, maintain data warehouses, and evangelize data-driven practices across the organization. Hybrid work model and strong analytical mindset preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Strong understanding of statistics and testing (correlation, causation, tests).
• Experience designing, validating, visualizing, and reporting A/B tests.
• Ability to translate data insights into business impact and opportunities.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with product managers and executives to support data-driven decisions with reliable analysis and insights.
• Analyze data to answer stakeholder questions and suggest product improvements.
• Design and maintain product KPIs, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Develop documentation and educational materials to promote data literacy across teams.
• Build and maintain data warehouses and data marts for product data.
