Job summary

PDI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to design, develop, and deliver analytics solutions for convenience retail and major oil clients. You will be the SME for the verticals, translating customer needs into scalable BI solutions on the Azure data platform.

You will build dashboards and audiences for campaigns, partner with marketing/CRM, and ensure data quality while supporting mobile payments analytics and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of BI/Analytics experience.
• 3–5 years on a BI or analytics team with BI principles know-how.
• Strong self-starter with learning agility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; automating manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver custom reporting and analytics solutions for Convenience Retail and Major Oil customers.
• Build audience segments for targeted communications across Email, SMS, and push messaging.
• Develop and tune BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Sigma Computing and Power BI.
• Write and optimize SQL (T-SQL and Spark SQL) for data preparation and validation.
• Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and analytics leaders to meet client needs.
