The Role

We seek a Data Analyst to support our Districts team by enabling data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a passion for clean data, and experience in reporting and insights that impact business outcomes. The role focuses on business intelligence, custom reporting & analytics, and data management.

Responsibilities

1. Business Intelligence: Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker; provide insights and recommendations; collaborate with stakeholders to understand qualitative data and KPIs.
2. Custom Reporting & Analytics: Understand data needs of internal and external stakeholders; deliver tailored reports; create ad hoc queries; translate complex data into clear presentations for non-technical audiences.
3. Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and security; work with operations and engineering teams to improve data reliability; follow data governance policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Business Intelligence Analyst, preferably in edtech or B2B.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets.
• Experience with data models and BI tools like Looker.
• Knowledge of data management practices (ETL, validation).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate insights.
• Cross-cultural competency and attention to data integrity.
