PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $125,700.00-$153,600.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $97,400.00 - $181,800.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Residency and Work Location
Candidates must be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. If located in Washington and near Tukwila, attendance at HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays is requested. Remote work is available for those outside the commute distance or in approved locations. We are committed to engaging and including all team members, whether remote or onsite.

IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE
As a Sr Enterprise Data & Business Intelligence Analyst (BIA), you’ll shape how BECU transforms data into strategic decisions and member-first innovations. You will design and deliver Data, Business Intelligence (BI), and Advanced Analytics solutions that enhance member services.

Collaborating with our Data and BI teams and other data leaders, you’ll uncover insights, bridge business needs and data capabilities, and elevate data-driven strategies. Your work will influence smarter strategies and improved member experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead sessions with product owners, business partners, and tech teams to translate ideas into data and BI requirements.
• Manage data sourcing, conduct gap analyses, and document metadata and business rules in line with data governance.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to develop data and BI solutions, from concept to dashboards.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, generate hypotheses, and identify meaningful patterns.
• Address complex data challenges, propose metrics, and share insights across teams.
• Ensure data quality through testing, validation scripts, and reliability checks.
• Design and maintain data models supporting enterprise initiatives and new data offerings.
• Develop policies, standards, and training to promote effective BI and data use.
• Create technical documentation, provide training, and empower stakeholders.
• Integrate privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory considerations into data strategies.
• Lead demos and walkthroughs of new data and BI features.
• Mentor team members on tools, systems, and best practices.
• Contribute curiosity, initiative, and drive to other responsibilities, shaping success at BECU.
