We are looking for a passionate Senior Data Engineer who enjoys learning, experimenting, and building in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and cloud infrastructure, leveraging Databricks and PySpark to process large datasets efficiently. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and drive organizational efficiency.

What You'll Do:
  1. Operationalize our Databricks Lakehouse: Develop and maintain a unified data platform using Azure Databricks for efficient data storage, processing, and analysis.
  2. Build Data Pipelines: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines; establish API integrations; implement ETL processes, and ensure data quality.
  3. Deploy Data Technology: Use Spark, Kafka, and Airflow for large-scale data processing; test, monitor, and troubleshoot systems for smooth operation.
  4. Collaborate: Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and scientists to optimize data workflows based on their needs.
What You'll Bring:
  1. Development Experience: 5+ years with Python, Scala, Java, or C#. Python experience preferred.
  2. Data Engineering Tools: 5+ years with Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Spark, HIVE, Hadoop, Cloudera, or RedShift. PySpark experience preferred.
  3. Data Architecture: Proficiency in high-performance pipeline design and mastery of guarantees like Idempotency, Fault Tolerance, and Streaming Consistency.
  4. Containerization: Experience with Docker, Rancher, or Kubernetes.
  5. Data Orchestration: Experience with Apache Airflow or similar tools.
  6. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Pay Range: $126,100 - $193,325 annually. Compensation is based on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
