Job summary

Audax Private Equity is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst CO-OP to join the Business Development team in Boston. The co-op will design, build, and maintain data pipelines, support data quality initiatives, and contribute to the data warehouse growth.

Strong analytical mindset and collaboration in a fast-paced environment are essential. The role requires an analytical Bachelor’s degree track, internship or co-op experience, and capability to communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics or another related field
• Previous internship or co-op experience in an analytical role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience manipulating large data sets, and cleaning/distilling these datasets
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required
• Ability to communicate in an efficient and meaningful way with all levels of the organization required

Responsibilities

• Help design, maintain, and scale data pipelines for Audax CRM and data ecosystem
• Assist in data quality assessments and governance initiatives
• Audit backend data warehouse and reporting models to identify anomalies
• Collaborate with team to improve reporting and analytics
