Job summary

Audax Group is looking for a detail-oriented Analyst to join its Business Development team in Boston. This role will support the integrity and analysis of deal data across the firm's CRM, translating pipeline data into insights, and ensuring accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will have a background in Finance or Data Analytics, with proficiency in Salesforce and advanced skills in Excel.

The position offers a salary between $60,000 and $70,000 and includes various employee benefits such as health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a data, operations, or analytical function.
• Demonstrated experience managing and improving CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of new deal data within Audax’s proprietary CRM system.
• Produce and distribute pipeline reports for leadership and investment teams.
• Partner with multiple teams to ensure alignment of deal data and workflows.
