• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense) for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights effectively.
