Job summary

Rubenstein Law is seeking a Data Analyst to strengthen the firm’s reporting and analytics capabilities. You will develop and maintain dashboards, improve data quality, and translate business needs into meaningful reports and visuals for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years in data analysis, BI, or related role.
• Hands-on dashboards/reports development.
• Strong SQL and multi-source data experience.
• ETL, data prep, and data pipelines experience.
• Ability to define and standardize KPIs and sources of truth.
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Domo and Power BI is a plus.

• Build, refine, and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Define and standardize KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across systems.
• Create and maintain data connections and pipelines across platforms.
