Job summary

Wilson Elser, a national law firm, is seeking a Data Analyst to turn raw data into meaningful insights. You will collect, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, uncover trends, and present findings to leadership to inform decisions.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of data analysis experience, strong SQL and Excel skills, and proficiency with Power BI or Tableau. Excellent written and verbal communication, plus the ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or related field.
• 1–4 years of data analysis experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning through data analysis.
