Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in product data management, data analysis, product information management, supply chain, or related business systems experience preferred.
  • Experience working with large data sets and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
  • Exposure to Power BI, D365 ERP or PIM systems is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Independently apply Item Data Governance standards to item records and identify data exceptions or policy questions for escalation.
  • Manage collection, organization, validation, and maintenance of product and item data within company systems.
  • Create and maintain item records ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Prioritize and process product information requests, resolving incomplete or conflicting data.
  • Learn and become proficient in ERP and PIM systems.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for item data requests, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support inventory lifecycle activities by assisting with item status updates and data maintenance.
  • Evaluate product documentation and item attributes to determine data completeness and accuracy.
  • Help maintain product information standards for internal and external catalogs.
  • Support internal customer requests and departmental projects.
  • Analyze recurring data issues, propose resolutions, and escalate complex exceptions.
  • Make recommendations to improve data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems.
  • Identify data-quality gaps and propose corrective actions.
