Job summary

The National Association of REALTORS® is seeking a Data Analyst to deliver data-driven insights, analytics solutions, and AI-enabled products across the organization.

You will work with business stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into scalable solutions, focusing on data preparation, advanced analysis, and visualization using Azure and Fabric ecosystems. This role collaborates with data scientists and non-technical audiences to ensure measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in data analytics or a related technical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including experience writing complex queries.
• Strong Python development skills with data analysis libraries and visualization tools.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI, Streamlit, or Django.
• Experience with cloud platforms; Microsoft Azure and Fabric preferred.
• Good statistical understanding and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources for analytics and reporting.
• Develop Python notebooks using SQL, Spark, and related tech for analysis.
• Create dashboards communicating insights using Power BI, Streamlit, Django.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists on data quality, AI workflows, and ML projects.
• Participate in Git-based version control, deployment, and Jira project management.
• Other duties as assigned.
