Responsibilities

• Develop patterns of risks and abuse and help reduce bad debt.
• Analyze customer behavioral patterns and propose policy changes with implementation support.
• Influence partner teams and drive prioritization to resolve issues.
• Write SQL queries and surface gaps, track project health, and report outcomes.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and partner teams to align on priorities and deliver focus area goals.
