About the Role

As our Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting data-informed decision making across the organization. You’ll work directly with our leadership and recruiting teams to clean, structure, and analyze data related to hiring trends, client performance, candidate pipelines, and more.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a flexible, collaborative environment and enjoys working on diverse data projects with real business impact. You’ll help us better understand what’s working, where we can improve, and how we can serve our clients and candidates more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (e.g., ATS, CRM, spreadsheets, surveys).
• Analyze recruiting, talent, and business performance metrics to uncover actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Tableau/Looker Studio.
• Identify trends in candidate engagement, client satisfaction, placement speed, and hiring outcomes.
• Work closely with our leadership team to support strategic planning and performance reviews.
• Propose new ways we can use data to improve internal processes and client results.
• Document methods, data definitions, and reporting logic for clarity and consistency.

What We're Looking For

You don’t need to have worked in recruiting or talent management before, but you should be confident working with data independently and translating complex information into clear takeaways.

Must-Haves:

• Familiarity with SQL or a strong willingness to learn
• Clear communicator, able to translate numbers into stories
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Self-starter who can work autonomously and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in recruiting, HR, or people analytics
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workable) or CRMs
• Exposure to data automation tools (Zapier, Python scripts, etc.)
• An interest in workforce trends, DEI, or organizational culture
