Job Description:

As a Senior HR Data Analyst, you’ll use data to help leaders make better decisions about the workforce. Your job will be to design interactive dashboards, clean and prepare data, and turn complex information into insights that help drive business growth. You’ll work closely with teams in HR, Finance, Sales, IT, and other departments to understand their goals and provide the data support they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and improve HR dashboards using Power BI.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand business needs and create data solutions.
• Clean, organize, and prepare employee data for analysis.
• Translate data into clear insights and stories for non-technical audiences.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years working with data and analytics.
• Strong experience using Power BI (including DAX and data modeling).
• Skilled in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex or unclear situations.
• Great communication skills to explain data findings to non-technical leaders.
• A focus on data security and privacy.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Workday or HR systems.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R.
• Familiarity with BigQuery or building data pipelines and models.
