Data Analyst III. The role is for a senior-level Operational Data Analyst within the Advanced Distribution Management Team (ADMT), supporting Electric Distribution Operations, Electric Reliability, Customer Operations, and related business organizations. This person will analyze outage, customer, operational, network model, device model, and system data; develop reports and dashboards; validate data; identify trends; and translate findings into clear recommendations that support operational decision-making and Customer Success initiatives.
At a high level, this role will independently lead complex data analysis across utility operations, outage management, customer outage notifications, and related systems. The analyst will partner with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and application teams to answer business questions, support reporting needs, improve data quality, and provide insights that help improve outage-related customer experiences. The role also supports platforms and data areas related to the Outage Management System (OMS), Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS), Oracle Utilities Analytics (OUA), and Customer Success initiatives.

The Advanced Distribution Management Team (ADMT) is seeking a senior-level Operational Data Analyst to support Electric Distribution Operations, Electric Reliability, Customer Operations, and related business organizations.
The analyst will be responsible for understanding, analyzing, and interpreting the complex relationships between electric distribution operations data, network and device model data, outage information, and customer data.
You will partner with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and application teams to independently lead complex analysis, answer business questions, identify trends, validate data, and develop reporting that supports operational decision-making and Customer Success initiatives focused on improving customer experience.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, self-directed analytics professional who can quickly understand complex business scenarios, balance competing priorities, translate ambiguous business needs into practical analytical solutions, and provide clear recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical insight, SQL proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to connect operational utility data with customer-focused business requirements are essential.
ADMT delivers innovative, reliable, and responsive IT solutions that support grid operations and system performance for approximately 500 application users across Electric Distribution Operations, Electric Regional Operations, Electric Reliability, Scheduling and Dispatch, Customer Teams, and related business areas. The team supports outage and analytics platforms including Outage Management System (OMS), Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS), and Oracle Utilities Analytics (OUA).
