About The Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Analytics team remotely. This role involves working with large datasets to generate insights that support leadership across clinical outcomes, revenue cycle management, finance, business development, and marketing. You will build and maintain dashboards, streamline data integration processes, and collaborate with department leaders to improve clinical and operational practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to provide meaningful insights for multiple departments
• Develop and maintain self-service dashboards to support decision-making
• Manage data collection, integration, and reporting from internal and external sources
• Partner with department leads to understand and improve workflows
• Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership presentations
• Create business requirements documents, user manuals, and track analytics project progress
• Perform advanced data analysis using SQL, Python, AWS tools, and spreadsheets
• Monitor effectiveness of implemented changes and support continuous improvement
• Assist with ad hoc analytics projects as requested
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in analytics within a technology-focused, healthcare, or startup environment
• Strong skills in SQL (AWS Athena, Presto, PostgreSQL, etc.) and Python, including experience with AWS Lambda or similar platforms
• Experience building BI dashboards using tools such as Quicksight, Tableau, Looker, or Excel
• Proficiency in Excel functions like VLOOKUP and INDEX-MATCH
• Experience collaborating with non-technical users for requirements gathering and dashboard design
• Ability to manage full analytics lifecycle: data management, cleaning, analysis, and visualization
  
  

Preferred

• Familiarity with EHR, claims, clinical coding (ICD-10, CPT), medication data (NDC, RxNorm), and health insurance
• Experience with AWS tools (S3, Athena, Lambda, CloudWatch)
• Knowledge of version control systems such as GitHub
• Interest in developing advanced analytical models
• Experience with Google Ads and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
