Job summary

HireTalent - Staffing & Recruiting Firm is seeking a Data Analyst II with strong Power BI and data analytics capabilities to develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that provide meaningful visibility into business operations.

This role will work with large-scale operational data and partner directly with senior managers, directors, and business stakeholders to transform data into clear, actionable insights and leadership-ready dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience building dashboards and data visualization solutions.
• Proficient in Power BI and building data-driven dashboards.
• Experience with SAP 4/HANA data sources and Salesforce data extraction.

Responsibilities

• Build and update Power BI dashboards that show workload, productivity, timelines, efficiency, and overall performance.
• Pull data from SAP, HANA, Salesforce, and other sources, using SQL when needed.
• Check the data to make sure the numbers are accurate and make sense before they are presented.
• Meet with managers and business leaders to understand what information they need to see.
• Turn those requests into useful dashboards, either creating new ones or improving existing ones.
• Make the dashboards clean, visual, and easy for leadership to understand and use.
