Brooksource is seeking a Data Analyst II to develop Power BI dashboards and trusted reporting solutions across portfolio, financial, resource, demand, and project management initiatives. You will translate business needs into executive-ready dashboards and reports, supporting modernization efforts and AI-enabled automation where applicable.

Job Type: Long term contract (12-24 months with possibility of conversion)
Job Pay: 34-38 hourly
We are seeking a Data Analyst II to support enterprise reporting and analytics across portfolio, financial, resource, demand, and project management initiatives. This role will focus on developing Power BI dashboards and trusted reporting solutions for stakeholders ranging from project managers to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will combine strong Power BI development, SQL/data analysis, and business intelligence experience with the ability to translate business requirements into clear, executive-ready reporting. The team is currently focused on reporting modernization, Snowflake migration, certified dataset development, Power BI enhancements, reporting governance, and AI-enabled automation.
