Job summary

Ledgent Technology is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support the customer experience team in Irvine, CA. The role focuses on delivering actionable insights to improve service, on-time delivery, and efficiency using Power BI, Excel, ERP, and CRM systems.

You will translate trends into recommendations, ensure data integrity, and build dashboards for leadership and cross-functional teams. This position is 100% onsite with a direct-hire arrangement and a strong emphasis on business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in data analytics or similar role.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical, data validation, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication to clearly communicate insights and challenge assumptions.
• Background working with data in customer service, sales, or order management.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Ensure data integrity and validate sources.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Deliver ad hoc and recurring insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Continuously improve reporting and identify gaps/opportunities.
• Monitor backlog and delivery risk; proactively flag issues and recommend mitigation.
• Partner with customer experience, sales, and operations teams.
• Understand end-to-end order flow from entry to reporting.
• Fulfill reporting requests from leadership.
• Proactively identify new metrics, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Recommend dashboards, enhancements, and process improvements.

Compensation: $45.00 to 50.00 per hour (DOE)

Partnered with a client who is hiring an experienced Data Analyst to support the customer experience team by delivering actionable insights that improve customer service performance, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency.

This is a unique, business-facing analytics role where you will combine technical expertise (Power BI, Excel, ERP, CRM systems) with strong business acumen and communication skills to influence decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
