Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a senior data product leader to oversee enterprise data governance and analytics in a hybrid work setting. You will drive policy, quality, and data stewardship across the organization, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define KPIs, and partner with technology and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data products and cloud-enabled solutions using Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 12 years' experience in Risk Management including Enterprise Data Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Leads projects and process improvements for data quality, management, and storage of enterprise data.
• Manages a team to facilitate initiatives and data governance tasks across the Data Warehouse.
• Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve department goals and professional development.
• Facilitates implementation of data strategy and cloud transformation initiatives using Agile methodologies.
