Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required in a relevant field.
• Advanced degree (Masters, MBA, JD, etc.) preferred for senior roles.
• Experience in data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance strongly valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive Visa’s Responsible Data Use program and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Privacy, and Compliance teams globally.
• Lead end-to-end reviews of AI and data use cases for policy compliance.
• Develop policy updates and practical guidelines based on reviews.
• Create and share insights to guide data governance strategy across the company.
