Job summary

Definitive Healthcare seeks a Data and AI Governance Lead to define, implement, and oversee enterprise data governance and AI governance programs. You will coordinate with legal, privacy, compliance, security, and IT teams to ensure secure, compliant, and high‑performing data ecosystems and AI initiatives.

The role focuses on building robust governance architecture, policies, and frameworks for responsible AI, data classification, and lifecycle management across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data and AI governance, data management, or enterprise data compliance.
• Progressive governance program leadership at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on Databricks governance and Unity Catalog for lineage and access management.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate a centralized AI Trust Center.
• Set Responsible AI standards and mitigate bias and IP leakage.
• Build evaluation framework for inbound AI initiatives based on value and risk.
• Oversee data governance, access controls, and data classification enterprise-wide.
