Job summary

JPMorgan Chase’s Chief Data and Analytics Office (CDAO) seeks a Senior Associate to drive data and AI strategy across the firm. You will develop executive-level analyses, monitor industry trends, and lead cross-functional teams to enable business outcomes in a highly complex financial services environment.

The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and coaching skills, with experience in strategy engagements and a solid understanding of AI and data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategy experience from a premier management consulting firm or internal strategy group.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration across functions.
• Experience leading strategy engagements and coaching team members.
• Familiarity with AI and data concepts and ability to translate to executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-priority strategy projects addressing complex problems in data and AI for financial services, focusing on business outcomes.
• Develop and deliver executive-level strategy documents and analyses on AI and data priorities.
• Monitor industry trends and apply best practices to refine firmwide AI and data strategy.
• Lead strategy project teams and collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and drive alignment.
• Provide coaching to strategy team members and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
