Cencora is seeking a Data & AI Product Discovery Designer to lead early-stage discovery and de-risk value delivery. You will work with product, engineering, analytics, and architecture teams to ensure solutions are informed by user insights and business objectives.

The role emphasizes rapid prototyping, user research, and cross-functional collaboration to build products customers love while meeting technical and data constraints.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in UX research, product discovery, product design, or human-centered design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Agile project management and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads user interviews, usability studies, contextual research, and validation experiments.
• Rapidly creates and iterates on low- to mid-fidelity prototypes and storyboards.
• Develops and maintains personas, journey maps, and workflow diagrams.
• Supports dual-track discovery and delivery with engineering and product teams.
• Facilitates co-creation sessions with users and stakeholders to uncover needs.
• Synthesizes research data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Defines and tracks metrics for desirability, usability, and early business value.
• Ensures accessibility, compliance, and data/system feasibility considerations.
