Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Data & AI Product Discovery Designer to drive early-stage and continuous discovery initiatives that de-risk and accelerate value delivery. This role partners closely with the Data & AI product, engineering, analytics, and architecture teams to ensure our Data & AI solutions are deeply informed by user insights, technical feasibility, and business objectives.

Designer's work directly supports our commitment to building products that customers love and that deliver measurable

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years in UX research, product discovery, or human-centered design.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Jira, Confluence and other agile tools is highly desirable.
Strong research, synthesis, prototyping, and collaboration skills.
Ability to communicate findings clearly and influence product decisions.

Responsibilities

Leads user interviews, usability studies, and validation experiments to inform decisions.
Rapidly creates low- to mid-fidelity prototypes and flows to test hypotheses.
Develops personas, journey maps, and experience models to guide strategy.
Supports dual-track discovery and delivery with engineering and product teams.
Facilitates co-creation sessions to uncover needs and generate solutions.
Synthesizes research data into actionable insights for the product team.
Defines and tracks metrics for desirability, usability, and business value.
