Job summary

Flexfab, LLC seeks a Data and AI Platform Developer to steward enterprise data, ensure quality and security for AI/analytics, and own ERP data mapping for BIRST reporting. You will administer data across MS-SQL, Dayforce, and data lakes, partnering with IT and ERP teams to certify datasets feeding AI agents and automations.

Key focus areas include data dictionaries, lineage, classifications, and access controls; drive governance adoption while supporting AI/ML initiatives with curated datasets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, CS, or related field.
• Five to eight years in data management, data engineering, or data governance roles.
• Minimum two years with Microsoft SQL Server and a cloud data lake platform (Infor, Microsoft, Amazon, or similar).
• Demonstrated experience applying data classification and privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, ITAR, GDPR).
• BIRST or comparable enterprise BI tool experience; Power BI experience preferred.
• Dayforce or comparable HCM data-integration experience preferred.
• Experience supporting AI/ML or analytics teams with governed, curated datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise data quality by establishing trusted data structures and ensuring AI analytics consume accurate data.
• Apply and enforce data security rules across sensitive information.
• Review and document sensitive data flowing into AI systems.
• Perform ERP data mapping for BIRST reporting and dashboards.
• Administer data from MS-SQL Server, Infor Data Lake, Dayforce, and other sources.
• Support applications, AI integration, and data analytics with curated datasets.
• Collaborate with IT, ERP, Infor/Velocity, Copilot Studio, QMS, Helpdesk, and data owners.
• Maintain data dictionaries, lineage, classifications, and access-control matrices.
• Define data-quality monitoring, profiling, and remediation processes.
• Coordinate with QMS and IT Helpdesk on change-control records.
• Consolidate and administer legacy data warehouse information.
