Job summary

Flexfab is seeking a Data and AI Platform Developer to steward enterprise data quality, security, and compliance for API, AI integration, and analytics projects. You will own ERP data mapping for BIRST reporting and administer data across MS-SQL, Infor Data Lake, Dayforce, and other sources.

Responsibilities include enforcing data security, reviewing sensitive data flows into AI systems, and partnering with IT and ERP teams to certify datasets for AI agents and automations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline.
• Five to eight years in data management, data engineering, or data governance roles.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and cloud data lake platforms; familiarity with data classification/privacy frameworks (GDPR, PCI-DSS, etc.).
• BIRST or comparable BI tools; Power BI experience preferred.
• Experience supporting AI/ML or analytics teams with governed, curated datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise data quality by establishing trusted data structures for AI/analytics vessels.
• Apply and enforce data security rules including personal-data protections.
• Act as compliance gatekeeper reviewing sensitive data entering AI systems.
• Perform ERP data mapping for BI reporting and dashboards.
• Administer data from MS-SQL Server, Infor Data Lake, Dayforce, and other sources.
• Support AI integration and data analytics with curated datasets.
