Job summary

Saatchi & Saatchi Health in New York is seeking a data-driven analytics lead who will build audiences from medical and pharmacy data, develop propensity and segmentation models, and translate insights into marketing-ready outputs.

You will write production-grade SQL against Redshift, contribute to AI product initiatives, define quality standards, and collaborate with Strategy, Media, Account, and Creative teams to present to clients.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in data science, marketing analytics, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced SQL requiring production-grade queries on a cloud warehouse (Redshift).
• Python for analysis and modeling (pandas, scikit-learn; exposure to gradient boosting).
• Solid foundation in statistics and experimentation; understand holdouts and causation.
• Ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders and defend methodology.

Responsibilities

• Build audiences: develop propensity, lookalike, and segmentation models from claims and patient journey data.
• Write production-grade SQL against large, messy data. This is core craft.
• Help build AI products: automate client reporting and audience generation.
• Define quality standards for AI outputs and create evaluation sets.
• Read campaign performance and interpret holdout tests; ensure trusted results.
• Build dashboards and reusable tooling for scalable analyses.
• Present to Strategy, Media, Account, and Creative teams and to clients.
