Publicis Groupe's PHM health media division is seeking an Associate Director of Applied Data Science to deliver advanced analytics and audience solutions for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. You will lead statistical modeling, ML, and AI-driven approaches, ensuring privacy-compliant data-driven solutions across client engagements.

You will mentor junior team members and partner with Strategy, Media, Technology, Analytics, and Client teams to drive data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in data science, statistical modeling, ML, predictive analytics, or marketing analytics.
• Experience leading complex analytics projects and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, validation, and deployment of statistical models and ML solutions for client and internal initiatives.
