Intelligent Generation LLC is seeking a Data & AI Engineering Lead to oversee the architecture of the data platform and build AI capabilities for POWR:Suite. This hybrid position in Chicago involves leading a team to enhance data quality, pipelines, and AI integration, impacting energy savings and operational efficiency.

As a leader, you'll have the opportunity to define technical roadmaps, mentor engineers, and create decision-support systems critical for the company's growth in power market automation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data engineering or related fields.
• Experience leading technical work or mentoring engineers.
• Strong GCP data platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and evolution of IG's data platform on GCP.
• Define standards for data quality and observability.
• Build retrieval-augmented systems in market context.
