Job summary

EY is seeking a high-impact Senior Data Architecture Leader in the Power & Utilities data space. You will drive modern data architectures, enable ML/AI at scale, and lead multi-national teams to deliver complex data platforms for client engagements.

You will oversee data governance, security, and performance while guiding teams through end-to-end data pipelines across Azure/GCP ecosystems. This role emphasizes strategy, delivery, and business development with prominent client-facing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
• 12+ years professional consulting experience.
• 12+ years hands-on experience in data lake solutions.
• 5+ years with native cloud products (Azure or GCP).
• 8+ years mentoring data architects/engineers.
• Knowledge of data architecture, modelling, warehousing, and integration.
• Experience leading large data engineering teams and complex architectures.
• Hands-on coding in Python/Java/Scala.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and DevOps for data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of processes and projects focusing on quality and risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovative data solutions.
• Mentor global data architecture and engineering teams.
• Lead design and implementation of modern data architectures for transactional, analytical, and AI solutions.
