Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of related experience with a degree, or 9 years without a degree.
• Experience leading data engineering teams and delivering data products.

Responsibilities

• Lead a data engineering team to build and maintain data products for analytics solutions.
• Oversee contracted staff and ensure milestones are met.
• Ensure data engineering governance, change management, and incident handling.
• Support multiple projects and align squad objectives with department goals.
• Promote reusable design, scale, and efficient data/analytic solutions.
