Job summary

• Lead the rollout and ongoing adoption of enterprise AI tools (e.g., Claude) across External Relations, including training colleagues and establishing practical guidelines.
• Partner with Alumni Relations and Development to translate evolving needs into technical specifications and deliver reliable resources.
• Validate and quality-check AI-assisted outputs before they reach stakeholders to ensure accuracy and trust in automated work.
