Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 8+ years of software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex applications, web solutions, and integrations that address business needs.
• Assess feasibility, build prototypes, validate with users, and recommend next steps.
• Develop AI-enabled applications using models, APIs, retrieval techniques, and tools with proper code quality.
• Convert prototypes into production applications with automated testing, deployment pipelines, and monitoring.
• Incorporate security and privacy throughout development, including access controls and data protection.
• Own the application lifecycle, including deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Lead projects, mentor engineers, and evaluate emerging technologies for adoption.
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, QA, and distributed teams across time zones to deliver value.
