Job summary

Stanford Graduate School of Business seeks a Data and Technology Specialist (DTS) to leverage AI and data to scale External Relations programs. The role sits in the Data and Digital Operations team, partnering across ER and school leadership to enable secure, data-driven decisions and alumni-centric initiatives.

You will shape how AI tools are adopted and how data infrastructure supports relationship-building while advancing enterprise platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms and data integration.
• Ability to translate loosely defined requests into clear technical solutions.
• Experience in higher education, nonprofit fundraising, or alumni relations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and integrate new data sources across sources used by External Relations.
• Automate data reconciliation and table-join processes across donor, alumni, and engagement systems.
• Lead rollout and adoption of enterprise AI tools and train colleagues.
• Collaborate with Alumni Relations and Development to translate needs into specs.
• Validate AI-assisted outputs to ensure accuracy and trust.
