Job summary

Stanford Graduate School of Business seeks a Data and Technology Specialist (DTS) to leverage enterprise AI tools and scale data-driven initiatives across External Relations. You will manage data systems, build automation, and collaborate with leadership to enable alumni engagement with secure, scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience applying analytical software, database management systems, and data mining tools.
• Ability to collect data using diverse methods to improve databases and reporting.
• Strong statistical analysis skills and communicating findings to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define investigations to produce reports and insights from structured data sources.
• Identify data patterns and trends using quantitative techniques and propose investigations.
• Create meaningful reports to illustrate findings and inform senior leadership.
• Develop databases and algorithms to uncover key insights from large datasets.
• Lead or collaborate on data standards and routine dashboards and metrics.
