Job summary

NaviStone in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Product Manager, Data & Activation Platform to own the roadmap and end-to-end execution for our core marketing data engine. You will manage data pipelines, drive predictive targeting models, attribution frameworks, and advanced analytics.

You will partner with senior product leadership and collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to align on direction, design scalable architectures, and move concepts from idea to production in a fast-moving platform.

Qualifications

• Experience with audience data, ML workflows, and cloud data warehousing.
• Strong ability to define product roadmaps and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Ability to partner with Data Science and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and size opportunities across data infrastructure and activation layers.
• Define and own the roadmap for data products including predictive modeling.
• Collaborate with engineering to design scalable data pipelines.
• Productize predictive models and attribution logic.
• Perform hands-on data analysis to inform decisions.
