Job summary

Navina, a fast-growing digital health SaaS company in the United States, is seeking a strategic product leader to head Navina’s Data Platform domain. You will define the product strategy for data ingestion, processing, and access, and shape how the platform scales to support clinicians and partner products.

You will mentor a team of product managers, partner with Engineering, Data Science, Clinical Experts, and customers, and translate complex data requirements into clear specifications to drive

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading product teams in a tech environment.
• Experience with B2B software and enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of data platform concepts and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for Navina’s Data Platform with scalable architecture.
• Own the product vision for data ingestion, processing, and access across product groups.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers to deliver impact.
• Translate complex data requirements into clear specifications and priorities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Clinical Experts, Customer Success, and partners.
• Coordinate cross-team initiatives and measure platform performance and adoption.
• Establish metrics to track success and guide iteration.
