Job summary

NAVEX seeks a Group Product Manager for Data & Analytics to own the vision, roadmap, and delivery across the portfolio, including the Power BI reporting suite and the unified data model. You will shape how customers access and act on data through report design, data modeling, and analytics architecture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive product-management experience delivering enterprise software, platforms, or SaaS products.
• 2+ years leading, coaching, and developing Product Managers or comparable product teams.
• Proven ability to set multi-product strategy and drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate strategy, outcomes, and investment priorities for data & analytics solutions.
• Lead PMs toward shared goals, coach decision quality, and build an inclusive team.
• Direct continuous discovery, VOC, product analytics, and competitive research to identify problems and differentiate.
• Own an integrated roadmap across teams, orchestrate dependencies, and focus on high-value outcomes.
• Establish measurable product outcomes and use evidence to inspect progress and adapt.
• Shape executive narratives and align cross-functional partners around priorities.
• Partner with Engineering and Design on scalable practices, AI-enabled experiences, and speed/quality improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance on launches and growth.
