Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Data Access, Privacy, and Governance within the Global Data Insight & Analytics program. You will bridge engineering, legal, and business units to deliver secure, compliant data products at scale.

The role requires a strong tech background in data platforms, IAM, privacy governance, and cloud-native architectures, with a proven track record in post-regulatory product delivery and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, information technology or a technology related field.
• Master's degree in a related field is a strong plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or technical program management for data platforms/IAM/privacy governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy for data access, privacy, and governance across the GDI&A platform.
• Translate regulatory and legal requirements into scalable engineering tasks (BRDs/PRDs).
• Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog management, and cross-team coordination for delivery.
