Ford Motor Company is seeking a visionary Technical Product Manager to lead Data Platform Engineering products. You will drive strategy and execution of Data Catalog, Data Product Creation, and Metadata Management while partnering with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to deliver AI-ready data solutions.

The role focuses on ensuring trustworthy, compliant data and enabling data-driven decisions at Ford, with a strong emphasis on governance, discoverability, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with data, analytics, AI/ML, or developer tools.
• Strong grasp of cloud technologies and modern analytics ecosystems, with GCP experience.
• Experience with big data platforms and API-based integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, and execution of Data Platform Engineering products.
• Drive data discoverability, governance, and quality across data products.
• Collaborate across engineering, data science, and platform teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for adoption and governance.
• Translate user needs into epics and PRDs; prioritize features.
