Job summary

DoorDash DashMart in Houston is seeking a motivated team member to thrive in a fast-paced, physical warehouse environment. You will handle inventory receiving, stock management, and order preparation to support Dashers.

You’ll pick, pack, and sort orders using device scanning, coordinate runners and Dashers, assist with light food prep where needed, and uphold safety and company values. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inventory receiving and stock management with proper rotation.
• Pick, pack and stage orders using scanning devices.
• Delight customers by clear, courteous communication in-app.
• Maintain warehouse safety and organization per DashMart standards.
• Be a team player and share insights with the team.
• Coordinate runners and Dashers to pickup locations.
• Assist in light food preparation where applicable.
