Job summary

DoorDash’s DashMart is hiring for a dynamic, hands-on role in a fast-paced, physical warehouse environment. You will receive, stock, and rotate inventory, pick and pack orders, and prepare food items for staging and delivery.

You’ll communicate with Dashers and Runners to ensure timely fulfillment while upholding safety standards and quality control. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are 18+, and can lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand and perform warehouse duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds (site requirements may vary).

Responsibilities

• Inventory receiving and management: accurately receive and stock inventory, monitor quality and freshness, rotate stock and prevent loss.
• Pick, pack and sort: scan packages, pick and stage orders, hand off to Dashers.
• Assist in light food preparation and pre-packaging for staging and delivery.
• Coordinate with Runners and Dashers and guide them to pickup locations.
• Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness per DashMart standards.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and communicate effectively with customers via app.
