Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a motivated team member for the DashMart local-fulfillment center. You will handle inventory receiving, pick/pack operations, and customer interactions via the app while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.

The role offers AM/PM/overnight shifts, PTO/sick leave, benefits from day one for full-time staff, and opportunities for growth. You’ll lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills and problem-solver mindset.
• Team-oriented with ability to handle diverse duties.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food & beverage, admin, healthcare, or similar.
• Customer-facing experience and delight-focused approach.
• Must be on-your-feet, able to lift up to 50 pounds with/without accommodations.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock inventory, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Scan, pick, pack and stage orders; handoffs to Dashers.
• Engage with customers via app for substitutions when needed.
• Maintain warehouse safety and organization per standards.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals and share feedback.
• Coordinate runners/dashers where required; guide to pickup locations.
• Assist in light food preparation where applicable.
