Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in EE/ME or equivalent experience.
• RF devices or systems experience is desirable.
• Experience troubleshooting DAS systems (CommScope, JMA, SOLID & Corning).
• Familiar with IP networking basics.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Support DAS Network Operations Center and services.
• Coordinate with Carriers, End Users, Facility Managers and Vendors.
• Assist technicians and engineers and support customers.
• Generate status reports and customer updates.
• Travel 25-50% within New England and nationwide.
• Participate in on-call rotation and maintenance tasks.
