This 3rd-shift role focuses on RF maintenance, DAS troubleshooting, and field support across New England with substantial travel. The successful candidate will work with senior engineers, assist with documentation, procurement, and inventory while ensuring high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with RF devices or systems highly desirable.
• Experience troubleshooting DAS systems (CommScope, JMA, SOLiD, Corning).
• Familiar with IP networking basics.
• Strong interpersonal and customer interfacing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support our DAS Network Operations Center and maintenance services.
• Coordinate with Carriers, End Users, Facility Managers, and Vendors.
• Assist technicians and engineers and support customers directly.
• Generate status reports and updates for customers quarterly or monthly.
• Track open trouble tickets to closure; 25–50% travel and on-call rotation.
