Job summary

Qualifications

• BA or BS in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years account management experience.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of FARs and DFARs.
• Excellent MS Office, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Proven history building relationships with key OEM customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales revenues targets.
• Update IT systems with customer info, opportunities, and call plans.
• Engage with Engineering, Quality, Procurement to discuss capabilities.
• Develop and present high-quality sales presentations.
• Penetrate DAS accounts and manage customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Plant Management, PMs, GAMs, and Operations.
• Ensure program-related decisions align with contractual terms.
• Monitor site operations data and production ramp to ensure timely transfers.
• Drive revenue growth for the DAS PCB unit in target markets.
