Job summary

Flight Club Minneapolis is hiring an Assistant General Manager to help open our next Flight Club Social Darts venue this Winter at 729 N Washington Ave. The role leads management and hourly teams, ensures top guest experience, and drives business growth with a proactive approach.

You will report to the General Manager, supervise bar and service operations, manage staffing and inventory, and uphold our values while delivering excellence.

Qualifications

• 5yrs of management experience in customer service or hospitality.
• 2yrs of experience managing ordering and inventory in F&B operations.
• Competent in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Required food, alcohol, and allergen certification maintained throughout employment.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Be Consistent & Fair: Ensures consistent execution of food, beverage, service and hospitality that aligns with company standards, policies, and programs.
• Own the Problem: Works with General Manager and management team to develop and execute strategies to achieve operational goals; Proactively communicates staffing needs and ensures proper hiring while balancing labor control.
• Test & Learn: Identifies and monitors training and development needs including conducting performance evaluations to measure successes and identify developmental opportunities; responsible for cost control and inventory.
• Be a Big Person: Empowers the team to lead confidently.
