Flight Club is opening a new Social Darts venue in Minneapolis and seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead the management team and hourly staff. You’ll uphold company standards, train teams, and implement strategies with the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 5 years of management in hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to manage ordering and inventory. This on-site position offers an annual salary with bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Must pass a background check prior to employment.
• 5 years of management experience in customer service or hospitality.
• 2 years of experience managing ordering and inventory in F&B operations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Required food, alcohol, and allergen certification maintained throughout employment.
• Willing to work various shift times, including weekends and holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.

• Be Consistent & Fair: ensure consistent execution of food, beverage, service and hospitality to company standards.
• Own the Problem: work with GM to develop strategies to achieve operational goals and staffing needs.
• Proactively communicates staffing needs and ensures proper hiring while balancing labor.
